
In the early morning hours wonderful Merlot grapes were picked manually on the terraces of Pasji rep. They were additionally cooled to 2°C. Carefully chosen grapes were then destalked and macerated in a press. Soft pressing was carried out 16 hours later. A yeast inoculum was added to the must.
The fermentation was long and it took place at 12-15°C. Gentle batonnage on fine lees followed.

Vividly bright onion coloured wine with beautiful fruity aromas. Cherry, rose and wild strawberries have hints of grapefruit and ripe melon. We can also trace white flowers aroma along with cherry blossom and acacia. The wine leaves a warm taste with a round crispness. Residue sugar is noticeable. Harmonious and balanced wine.
